ONGOING SUPPORT

Your internal processes need a dedicated person, not another tool

You know something isn't running the way it should internally, but you can't quite name it. Maybe it's still done by hand. Maybe you already have tools, but they don't talk to each other, or nobody on your team uses them to their full potential. What you do know is that you no longer have the time to deal with it yourself.

That's exactly why clients bring me on as their digital partner. Not for a specific project you've already identified, but for a block of hours every week or every two weeks, over a minimum of three months, during which I take the time to understand how your business actually works and take care of what needs to change, whether that's a process to structure, a tool to connect, or an automation to build.

A real look at your processes

I take the time to understand how the work actually gets done at your company, not just what's supposed to happen on paper, to identify what's slowing you down.

Prioritizing the right automations

I identify where automation is genuinely worth it and roll it out progressively, rather than stacking tools that complicate more than they help.

Fixed weekly presence, remote

Your hours are organized in 8-hour blocks on fixed days each week or every two weeks. The work is done remotely by default, with occasional in-person visits if your business is within a reasonable distance and it genuinely serves the need.

Direct execution

Whether your tools are missing, poorly connected, or underused, I handle it myself rather than leaving you with a report to act on.

Guidance on tools and AI agents

I advise you on the right tools and the right AI agents for your reality, no jargon and no push toward what won't actually serve your business.

One single point of contact

One person responsible for your internal operations, so you don't have to juggle multiple vendors or become the expert yourself.

Two tiers, based on your pace

Two flexible options, built to fit your reality and your priorities. Same rigor, same commitment, just more or less momentum.

Active

16h

per month

4h per week

or 8h every two weeks

For a business that needs regular attention on its internal operations, without that being its only project on the go.

Intensive

32h

per month

8h per week

or 16h every two weeks

For a business running several things in parallel, or looking to speed up the pace of change.

Volume discount applies to this tier.

Both tiers require a minimum three-month commitment, and hours used beyond the chosen tier are billed at the regular hourly rate. Need even more than Intensive? Let's talk, it can be customized. Below 16 hours per month, a fixed-scope digital project management mandate or a one-off block of hours are usually a better fit.

My approach

Starting portrait: we look at how your business runs, and your priorities for the coming months.

Choosing a tier: we determine together whether Active (16h/month) or Intensive (32h/month) fits your reality.

Monthly game plan: jI prioritize the month's projects based on what will have the most impact for you.

Ongoing execution: I oversee, adjust, automate, and train your team on your fixed days each week.

Quarterly review: we review together at the end of each quarter to guide the following months and adjust the tier if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Is website creation included?

No. Website creation remains a separate project, with its own pricing. Ongoing support is meant to oversee and evolve your digital operations once they're in place, not to build a new site from scratch.

Can a CRM implementation be included in this support?

Yes. An adjustment, an optimization, a training session, or even a full new CRM implementation can all be part of your ongoing support, since I'm already there every week to handle it. If the scope goes beyond your tier's hours, we adjust together, whether that's moving up to Intensive, adding one-off hours, or spinning the project out into a separate digital project management mandate if it truly becomes the one thing that matters for a while.

What's the minimum commitment?

Three months. The point of this support is to have the time to build and adjust systems that actually hold up, not to patch a one-time issue.

Can I change tiers along the way?

Yes, at the end of each quarter. We review your tier together based on how your needs evolve.

Is this a fit for my business?

This support fits businesses that no longer have time to deal with their internal operations, whether those are still manual or already have tools in place that are poorly connected or underused. What matters is your ability to commit to a fixed weekly presence for a minimum of three months, not how advanced your systems already are. If your need is a specific project with a clear start and end (implementing a tool, migrating a platform), digital project management is the better entry point. If your need is quick and one-off, a block of hours is the simpler solution.

Do I need to already know what tool I'm missing before contacting you?

No, and most of my ongoing support clients don't either, at first. You don't need to show up with a specific CRM or system in mind. My job is precisely to understand how you currently operate, whether by hand or with tools in place but underused, and to determine what needs to change.

Do you come on site?

Work is done remotely by default, as with all my mandates across Canada. If your business is within a reasonable distance and an on-site visit genuinely serves the need, that's possible occasionally, based on what we agree on together.

Nobody's taking care of your processes?

Let's book 30 minutes to talk.
