What information I collect
Through the forms on my website (contact page and free call booking), I collect the following information: first name, last name, company, email address, phone number if provided, and answers to the form questions. This form is hosted and powered by Dubsado, a third-party provider based in the United States. The information you enter is transmitted and stored directly on their servers.

Through Google Analytics, I collect anonymous data on site navigation: pages visited, visit duration, approximate location, device type, and traffic source. This data does not personally identify you.

Why I collect this information
Information from the forms is used solely to respond to your requests, confirm and prepare discovery calls, and communicate with you regarding a potential project or collaboration. I do not use this information for advertising purposes and I never sell it to third parties.
Google Analytics data is used to understand how visitors navigate my site and to improve the user experience.
 

How long I keep your information
I keep your information as long as it's necessary for the service for which you contacted me. If no collaboration takes place, I delete your information within 12 months of our last exchange.

Your rights
In accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to receive your computerized personal information in a structured, commonly used technological format (right to data portability).

Sharing of information
I never sell or rent your personal information. I use Dubsado, a third-party provider based in California, United States, to host my contact form and manage my client communications. This transfer of information outside Quebec is necessary to respond to your request. Dubsado applies recognized security measures, including encryption of sensitive data and certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. To learn more, see their privacy policy. I do not share your information with any other third party, except as required by law.
