That's exactly what the free 30-minute call is for. We look together at where you're at and what would have the most impact for you, no pressure to buy everything at once.
Do you only offer website creation?
No, I also offer digital projects (tool implementation and project management) and ongoing support.
How long before I get a response when I contact you?
I typically respond within 24 business hours.

What's the difference between a project and ongoing support?
A digital project has a start and an end, for a specific need like a CRM or a migration. Ongoing support means I'm with you every week, for a minimum of three months, to take care of what needs to change in your processes and tools.
Can the services be combined?
Yes, many clients start with a website, then add a tools project or ongoing support later. Each service can also stand on its own, depending on what you need right now.
Do you work with businesses outside Estrie or Granby?
Yes, I'm open to working with businesses anywhere in Canada.

No. Each service is independent. You can hire me for your tools or a digital project without having had me build your site.
