Frequently asked questions
Do I remain the owner of my site?
Yes. I transfer full ownership of the site to you. I stay on as an administrator on your account to make future changes easier, but the site is 100% yours.
How long does it take?
It varies depending on the scope of the project. We set a clear timeline together from the start, not an estimate that keeps slipping.
What's included in every project?
Every site includes design on Wix, an ease of use built to convert (UX), domain connection, Google Analytics and Google Search Console setup, and Google optimization (SEO).
What's not included in every project?
Wix hosting (varies by plan), the domain name, and any paid third-party apps (required for certain advanced features).
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included in the price, to adjust the design and content already planned for the project. Any additional round or new pages added along the way are billed separately.
And if I don't like the design?
I don't wait until the end of the project to show you the result. The project is managed in an agile way, so you get to review each page as it's built. Don't like a direction? I adjust right away, before moving forward.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
A one-hour minimum is billed, regardless of how long the actual change takes. That's the time needed to understand the request, make it, and check it properly.
Can I add features later, like a store or a blog?
Yes, absolutely. Your site is built to grow with you. We add what you need, when you need it, without rebuilding everything.
How does hosting work?
Wix hosts your site directly, with monthly fees paid by you to Wix, by credit card. That's separate from my fees for building the site, you never pay hosting through me.
Do you offer hour banks for future changes?
Yes, no problem. If you expect to need regular changes after launch, we can set up an hour bank so you don't have to renegotiate every small request.
I don't have photos or text yet, is that a problem?
Not at all. Content writing is part of my service. We start with whatever you have, even if it's just an idea, and I build the rest with you.
