Do I need to have already chosen my vendors before contacting you?
No. I can start from scratch with you, where I also help you identify and select the right vendors for your project, or you may already have a team in place that I come in to coordinate.
What's the difference from the digital tools implementation service?
It depends on who does the work. Tool implementation means I directly configure one or a few specific tools for you. Project management means I oversee a larger project, one that often involves a developer or outside vendor, several tools to coordinate, or a timeline complex enough to need structured follow-through from start to finish.
Can you manage a website project that isn't built on Wix?
Yes. For your Wix projects, I can execute directly. For a site built by an external technical team, I coordinate the project and make sure the timeline, deliverables, and communication stay clear throughout the mandate.
How long does a typical mandate last?
It depends entirely on the scope of the project. A one-off project can take a few weeks; ongoing support can span several months. I provide a clear estimate right from the start, once we've mapped out your project.
